At a recent visit to the Ruby M. Mize Azalea Garden in Nacogdoches, I was dissappointed that the azaleas were not yet in bloom. There was very little color in the garden to see, at least until we walked further in. There we found other flowers that were starting to bloom, including these large white camellias, called White by the Gate. This large bush (or tree) had many that were just blooming. All I had to do was wait for the wind to calm down for a flower to stay in focus.
