When I return to Europe (I have to think positive here) I hope to have time to visit the Grand Palais in Paris. Just driving around it a few times, I knew I wanted to take longer to explore it inside and out. It is a beautiful building on a grand scale and the contrast of stone, iron and glass really drew me in. These statues rise above the main entrance of the Southern Tower.
As a young boy, I borrowed my parent's Kodak 126 film camera with flash cubes on a field trip to NASA. Needless to say, my pictures did not come out at all like I had hoped. That started me on my photo journey through high school and beyond. I continue to learn as I feed this growing passion for photography of all types.
