Large metropolitan cities offer many different perspectives and angles from which to view things. Take this intersection at Dallas and Louisiana in downtown Houston. Each corner has a different view to gaze up at the office buildings towering above. Combine that with the different light at various times of the day and night, and you have an ever changing kaleidoscope of light, colors and shadows.

As a young boy, I borrowed my parent's Kodak 126 film camera with flash cubes on a field trip to NASA. Needless to say, my pictures did not come out at all like I had hoped. That started me on my photo journey through high school and beyond. I continue to learn as I feed this growing passion for photography of all types.
