This is a sunset behind the Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, in Missouri City, Texas, close to Houston. BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham is the largest Hindu mandir in the United States and the second-largest in the world, the largest outside of Asia, and the largest Hindu mandir built in modern times, rising 213 ft above ground.

As a young boy, I borrowed my parent's Kodak 126 film camera with flash cubes on a field trip to NASA. Needless to say, my pictures did not come out at all like I had hoped. That started me on my photo journey through high school and beyond. I continue to learn as I feed this growing passion for photography of all types.
