High up on Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park, marmots roam about looking for food, especially from visitors. This is discouraged though, as evident from the signs that remind you not to feed them. Marmots are giant ground squirrels that hibernate underground during the winter.

As a young boy, I borrowed my parent's Kodak 126 film camera with flash cubes on a field trip to NASA. Needless to say, my pictures did not come out at all like I had hoped. That started me on my photo journey through high school and beyond. I continue to learn as I feed this growing passion for photography of all types.
